These terms govern your use of Room Filler. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Independent Product
Room Filler is an independent application built to integrate with Beds24 APIs for users who run Beds24-connected operations. Room Filler is not operated by or endorsed by Beds24. Beds24 and related marks belong to their respective owners.
2. Service Scope
Room Filler presents booking and guest data using third-party APIs. It is a convenience layer and does not replace your primary system of record. You remain responsible for checking critical booking, payment, and operational data in your core platform.
3. Acceptable Use
You must use the service lawfully and keep account credentials secure. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service, APIs, or infrastructure.
4. API Dependency and Availability
Service performance depends on external providers, including Beds24 APIs and other integrations. Outages, API changes, delays, or data inconsistencies from third parties may affect the service.
5. Disclaimer and Liability Limits
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room Filler excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit/revenue claims arising from your use of the service.
6. Termination and Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach, misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or operational reasons. You can stop using the service at any time.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
